They must be placed on the Senate Intent Calendar and pass without amendments. If amended, they will die in the House because we have run out of time. HB 900 Requiring book vendors to rate K-12 library books for sexual content and enforcement against book vendors.HB 6 Relating to Border Protection. Each Senator chooses 5 bills they want to move to the Intent calendar i.e. a Senate floor vote. If you have a Republican Senator, call your Senator. Call Calendars Chair Rep. Burrows at 512-463-0542 and ask that these bills be placed on House Calendar.
