We the People-Lake Travis will be hosting in-person volunteer training from 9am-4pm for:
*Precinct Chairs
*Pollwatchers
*Voter Deputy Registrars-attend this training to be certified to register and accept voter applications
*Early Voting Ballot Board and Signature Verification Training
The training will prepare every precinct chair and anyone interested in building the conservative voter base from the grassroots.
Trainers include Troy Jackson and Lucy Trainor with the Republican Party of Texas and Meg Petterson with Travis County.
Please review the agenda and your schedule for your interest and availability. Come for all or part of the day. We will be selling pizza slices for lunch (lets us know if you need dairy-free or gluten-free) or feel free to pack a lunch. Voter Deputy Registrar training is transferable to counties outside of Travis. Feel free to bring like-minded friends. Come to learn, meet and mingle. Together, we can retain and take back Texas one precinct at a time.
