The Lake Travis Republican Club invites you to join us for our May Luncheon on Thursday, May 21st, featuring special guest Texas State Senator Mayes Middleton.

A 7th generation Texan, Mayes Middleton is President of Middleton Oil Company and is actively involved in ranching, cattle, and farming operations. In addition to his business leadership, he is a practicing attorney and a dedicated family man, living out his commitment to faith, family, and service with his wife, Macy, and their four children.

Senator Middleton currently represents Texas Senate District 11, serving portions of Brazoria, Galveston, and Harris Counties. Throughout his time in both the Texas House and Senate, he has consistently been recognized as one of the most conservative members of the Legislature.

He has been a strong advocate for border security, law enforcement, parental rights in education, and limiting government overreach. As a State Senator, he authored and passed key legislation including the Save Women’s Sports Act and one of the nation’s strongest bans on COVID vaccine mandates. Prior to his time in the Senate, he served two terms in the Texas House of Representatives and was Chairman of the Texas House Freedom Caucus.

Senator Middleton is also known for his commitment to true public service—rejecting state pension and healthcare benefits and donating his entire state salary to local charities.
