All of these talking points pertain to the agenda items: \nPlease consider asking the Board for a lower tax rate as our values increase\, so do our taxes.\nPlease consider arguing that government schools should not be in the business of identifying students who might be at risk for violence. This is a slippery slope. Investigating students and responding to a student who threatens to shoot up a school are very different.\nPlease consider urging the District to stop teaching sex education to 11 year- olds. LTISD is one of the only school districts that starts in the 6th grade…both Eanes and Leander start in the 7th grade. \nAgenda for 6.15.22

She has travelled the world speaking about gender identity and women’s sex-based rights\, despite protests at every venue and attempts to no-platform her at every turn. \nMichelle Evans \nMichelle is a mother of three and fierce advocate for families and freedom. After being blindsided with trans ideology in her own home and her kids’ schools\, she began learning more about this pervasive and destructive movement. The film features five Salem radio talk show hosts as they walk through the process of learning what the evidence shows\, and then discussing what this means for the American belief in free and fair elections. Those hosts\, Dennis Prager\, Sebastian Gorka\, Charlie Kirk\, Eric Metaxas and Larry Elder all came away disturbed at what they learned really happened to hand the election victory to Joe Biden.

That night\, May of 2021\, the board voted 5-2 to make masks optional. When she spoke\, she spoke for all of us\, and more importantly the children in this school district!

They can help parents and community stakeholders reinforce the knowledge and skills children need to stay healthy for a lifetime.\nLake Travis ISD’s SHAC consists of parent representatives from each school as well as at large\, along with High School students\, community members\, and school district employees.
