DESCRIPTION:LTISD Voters-\nPlease come to tonight’s Board meeting to express your concerns about the proposed bonds on the agenda.  Find more information at Ltisdtransparency.org. \nIf approved by the Board\, three separate bonds will be placed on our November ballots totaling 703 million dollars representing a tax increase for all property owners. \nThe location for the meeting is 607 RR 620 N\, Austin\, Texas 78734.  The meeting starts at 6pm.  You must be signed up to speak by 6pm.  There is a form to fill out when you arrive. \nCitizen participation typically starts by 6:30pm.  Normally\, we are given 3 minutes to speak\, unless a lot of speakers sign up.  The Board may cut the speaking time\, if this happens.  Please have a 1\, 2 & 3 minute speech prepared. \nIf you don’t want to speak\, please come to support your fiscally conservative community. \nThis amount is almost triple the last bond passed in 2017. \nWe require the following BEFORE we can endorse a property tax increase:\n1. Transparency.\n2. Fiscal responsibility NOT fiscal capacity.\n3.
